Comfortable shoes are best, high heels are not allowed.

Always bring a sweater or light jacket with you.

We ask all customers to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the start of the tour. We always leave at the scheduled time, so don't be late or you'll miss the tour.

A safety briefing will be given at the start of each tour.

Returns will be made under the following conditions:

30 days or more: 100%

Between 30 days and 7 days: 50%

7 days or less: non-refundable.

You can make your reservation directly on our website, by email, by phone or on our Instagram. Bookings will be confirmed once full payment has been made.
